  22.        The Accountant's Helper is a single entry program that is designed
  23.        to allow you to quickly and easily enter your business expenses and
  24.        receipts into your computer, get all reports on the screen, make a
  25.        copy of your data on a floppy disk, take the copy to your accountant,
  26.        your accountant imports the data from your floppy disk into his
  27.        bookkeeping system, completes your books and returns your disks along
  28.        with your printed reports which you normally receive. There is no
  29.        need to take your accountant a basket of paper receipts and your
  30.        check book. Take him your data disk instead.

  33.        The data files from The Accountant's Helper is also compatible with
  34.        "For Accountants Only" which is a complete bookkeeping system
  35.        especially designed for the professional accountant.

  37.        The Accountant's Helper is an excellent program for any small or
  38.        medium sized company that is tired of having to carry a lot of
  39.        paper receipts to their accountant each month or quarter.

  41.        A minimum of two floppy drives are required but a hard drive is
  42.        recommended.

  45.        Distribution.

  47.        Not-for-profit user's groups and distributors of "Public Domain"
  48.        and "Shareware" type software are authorized to charge a small
  49.        distribution fee to cover costs of materials, handling, postage,
  50.        and general overhead.

  52.        All distributors, wholesellers & retailers of computer equipment are
  53.        ENCOURAGED to include, free of any charge, a complete un-licensed copy
  54.        of The Accountant's Helper ( including the software, documentation
  55.        and supporting files ) with their sales of computer equipment.

  57.        All distributors of this software ( regardless of how distributed )
  58.        must retain the original file name prefix of "TAH?? where ?? is
  59.        the version number of the main software program.
  60.  
  61.        I prefer that the software be distributed as a self-desolving archive
  62.        containing the complete software, documentation and supporting files
  63.        but other archiving methods such as "LZH", "ZIP", "ARC", "ZOO" are
  64.        acceptable for distribution.

  66.        NOTE:   Concerned about virus?
  67.          Any vendor that wishes to obtain a copy of The Accountant's Helper
  68.          directly from the author may do so by writing me at the address below
  69.          or directly by telephone at (904) 785-8946 between the hours of 8am
  70.          and 8pm central time.

  72.        Other than as indicated above, you are specifically prohibited
  73.        from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies,
  74.        however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation
  75.        with commercial products without prior written permission of the author.

  78.        authorized to charge any amount for distribution of copies of
  79.        The Accountant's Helper including the software, documentation
  80.        and/or supporting files.

  84.        Vendors may add small "go.bat" type files, small files which aid
  85.        in the un-archiving and starting of the program, small files which
  86.        aid in the registration of the software package and other small
  87.        files which are normally added to each disk distributed by them.

  89.        Under no circumstances may the name of this software program be
  90.        changed by anyone other than the author and "patched" or modified
  91.        copies of executable and example data files of this software be
  92.        distributed without prior written permission.

  94.        No copy of the software may be distributed or given away without
  95.        this document; and this notice must not be removed.
